Bursa ili Uludağ Üniversitesi Görükle Yerleşkesi’ne ait kriminal entomofaunanın belirlenmesi

Abstract

Entomoloji bilimi, adli vakaların aydınlatılmasında önemli bir kaynaktır. Çalışma iki aşamalı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir.İlk aşama olan arazi kısmı, havaya asılı ve toprak altı olmak üzere iki düzenek ile sağlanmıştır. İkinci aşama ise laboratuvarda yürütülmüştür. Arazi aşaması için Uludağ Üniversitesi Fen Edebiyat Fakültesi sınırları içindeki ağaçlık alan belirlenmiştir. Eş zamanlı olarak, iki düzenek seçilen bölgede konumlandırılmıştır. Düzenekler içerisinde sıcaklık ve nem takibi yapılmıştır. Düzeneklere yerleştirilen dana kas dokunun geçirdiği dekompozisyon aşamaları sayesinde çektiği böcekler ve böceklerin bu bölgede üremeleriyle elde edilen örnekler, laboratuvar ortamına alınarak, teşhis seviyesine gelmeleri sağlanmış ve teşhis edilmişlerdir. 11 Haziran tarihinde başlatılan ve 13 Eylül’e kadar örnek toplanmaya devam edilen çalışmanın sonucunda; düzenek ve bulundukları dekompozisyon aşaması farklı olmak üzere; 5 takım, 9 familyaya ait 10 tür tespit edilmiştir. Bunlar; Calliphora vicina, Lucilia sericata, Wohlfahrtia magnifica, Hermetia illucens, Dermestes undulatus, Halyomorpha halys, Oniscus asellus ve Psychodidae, Drosophilidae, Blattidae familyalarına ait teşhisi yapılamayan türlerdir.

The science of entomology is important source for clarify of judicial cases. In our study we aimed to clarify the insect succession in a small woodland in Uludag University Faculty of Science.This study was carried out in two stages. First stage of this study is field study was provided by two mechanisms; one is suspended in the air and the other is underground.Second stage was carried out in the laboratory. Synchromously, two mechanism was positioned in selected region. Humidity and temperature were recorded in the mechanisms. The insects taken during the decomposition stages of the calf muscle tissue placed in the cages and the samples obtained by the reproduction of insects in this region were taken to the laboratory and diagnosed immediately. The study started on 11 June and it was continued to collect samples until 13 September; the decomposition stage of them one different 5 ordo, 10 species belonging to 9 families were identified. These species are; Calliphora vicina, Lucilia sericata, Wohlfahrtia magnifica, Hermetia illucens, Dermestes undulatus, Halyomorpha halys, Oniscus asellus and the species that can not be identified belonging Psychodidae, Drosophilidae, Blattidae.
