Tasavvufta Ricâlü'l-Gayb anlayışı -İbn Âbidîn örneği-

Abstract

Tasavvuf literatüründeki önemli kavramlardan biri ricâlü'l-gaybtır. Halkın, kendilerinin sahip olduğu makam ve hali hakkıyla bilemediği, öncü ve seçkin veliler grubunu ifade eder. Tüm tasavvuf ekollerinin ricâlü'l-gayb telakkisini benimsediği görülmektedir. Kur'an-ı Kerim'de ricalü'l-gayb kavramları açık bir delaletle yer almaz. Bununla birlikte "sâbikun" "mukarrebûn", "evliyaullah" gibi seçkin müminlerden bahsedilmiştir. Sûfîler ricâlü'l-gaybın bu zümrelerden olduğunu söylerler. Ricâlü'l-gayb kavramları ahbâr ve âsâr gibi rivayetlerde daha belirgindir. Konuyla ilgili sıhhat dereceleri farklı merfu, mevkuf, mürsel rivayetler ve seleften gelen bazı haberler bulunmaktadır. Ricalü'l-gayb telakkisinde yer alan temel kavramların terim anlamları daha çok sûfîlerin müşahede ve keşfine dayanır. Özellikle İbnü'l-Arabî ve el-Fütûhâtü'l-Mekkiyye'nin bu konuda ayrıcalıklı bir yeri vardır. Kutub, evtâd, nücebâ, nükabâ gibi rical zümrelerinin taşıdığı hususiyetler bütüncül bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirildiğinde ricalü'l-gaybin nezih itikat, salih amel ve güzel ahlakla müminler arasında temayüz etmiş ve özel ihsanlara nail olmuş bir veli taifesi olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Sûfîler, bu konuda çeşitli soru veya itirazları bulunanları nefis mücahedesine ve kalp tasfiyesine davet etmişler, ricâlü'l-gayb makamlarına bizzat ulaşarak tecrübe etmelerini önermişlerdir. İspat noktasında böylesi bir uslüp takınmaları meselenin hemen hüküm verilmemesi gereken hassas bir konu olduğunu göstermektedir. Büyük Hanefi fakihi İbn Âbîdîn kendisine bu konuda sorulan sorular üzerine ricâlü'l-gayble ilgili bir risale hazırlamış ve ricâlü'l-gayb telakkisinin temel kavramları olan kutub, gavs, imâmân, abdal, evtâd, nücebâ ve nükabâdan bahsetmiştir. İslam dünyasında ilmiyle hüsnü kabul görmüş bir fakihin bu kavramlar hakkında eser telif etmesi konunun daha sağlıklı bir zeminde tartışılmasına vesile olmuştur.

One of the important concepts in tasawwuf literature is Rijal al-Ghayb. It signifies the prominent, select group of awliya whose true ranks and states are not known to common people. It is seen that the concept of rijal al-ghayb is commonly accepted by all tasawwuf schools. The concept of rijal al-ghayb doesn't take place in the Qur'an with clear denotations. However, there are mentions of distinguished mumins such as "sabiqun", "muqarrebun" and "awliyaullah". Sûfîs say that rijal al-ghayb are a part of this group. The concept of rijal al-ghayb is clearer in narrations such as ahbar and asar. There are various marfu, mawkuf, mursal narrations and stories from the salaf. The terminological meanings of the fundamental concepts found in the understanding of rijal al-ghayb are more often than not based on sûfîs' mushahada and kashf. Especially Ibn al-Arabi and al-Futuhat al-Makkiyyah have a special position in this regard. When the attributes of groups of rijal such as qutub, awtad, nujaba, nuqaba are considered from a holistic point of view, it is understood that rijal al-ghayb are a group of awliya who are distinguished from other mumins with their pure itiqad, good deeds (amal al-saliheen) and good morals (akhlaq). Sûfîs have suggested those who have various questions and objections in this regard to work on striving against their own nafs (mujahadah) and purifying their hearts (tasfiyah al qulub) and experience the rank of rijal al-ghayb by personally attaining it. The fact that they take such an approach to prove their case shows that this is a sensitive matter that shouldn't be judged on rashly or hastily. The great faqih of the Hanafi school Ibn Abidin has prepared a risalah for those who have asked him questions on this matter and mentioned about qutub, ghaws, imâmân, abdal, awtad, nujaba and nuqaba, which are some of the fundamental terms of the concept of rijal al-ghayb. The fact that a scholar who has found wide acceptance in the world of Islam due to his knowledge has authored a written work about these concepts has provided a solid basis for the discussion of this topic.
