Doberman ve labrador retrıever ırkı köpeklerde başlıca döl verimi özellikleri, yavrularda ölüm oranı ve beden ölçüleri

Abstract

Bu çalışma Doberman ve Labrador Retriever ırkı köpeklerin başlıca döl verimi özellikleri, yavrularda ölüm oranı ve beden ölçülerini saptamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. İlk kızgınlık gösterme yaşı ve ortalama gebelik süresi; Doberman ırkı köpekler için sırasıyla; 9.07 ay ve 63.00 gün, Labrador Retriever ırkı köpekler için sırasıyla; 8.7 ay ve 61.20 gün bulunmuştur. Doberman ırkı köpekler için bir batında doğan yavru sayısı 7.33 adet, iki kızgınlık arası geçen süre 6.00 ay, yavru ölümleri erkeklerde %57.65 ve dişilerde %51.23 saptanmıştır. Aynı parametreler Labrador Retriever için sırasıyla; 9.20 adet, 6.4 ay, %28.00 ve %42.86 bulunmuştur. Doberman ırkı köpeklerde canlı ağırlık, baş uzunluğu, kulak uzunluğu, cidago yüksekliği, göğüs çevresi, bilek çevresi ve sağrı genişliği (P<0.01, P<0.05, P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.05, P<0.05, P<0.05), Labrador Retriever ırkı köpeklerde, canlı ağırlık, cidago yüksekliği, göğüs çevresi ve vücut uzunluğu bakımından erkek ve dişiler arası farklılıklar önemli bulunmuştur (P<0.05, P<0.001, P<0.05, P<0.01).

The objective of this study was to determine main reproduction traits, pup mortality and body measurements of the Doberman and Labrador Retriever dogs. The mean age for the first oestrus and gestation length were found 9.07 months and 63.00 days for the Doberman dogs, 8.7 months and 61.20 days for the Labrador Retriever dogs, respectively. The litter size for the per parturation was 7.33, oestrus intervals was 6.00 months, pup mortalities were 57.65 percent for males and 51.23 percent for intervals was 6.00 months, pup mortalities were 57.65 percent for males and 51.23 percent for females for the Dobermans, respectively. The same parameters for the Labradors were found 9.20, 6.4 months, 28.00 percent for males and 42.86 percent for females, respectively. There were significant differences between male and female dogs for the body weight, the head length, the ear lenght, the height at shoulder, the chest circumference, the wrist circumference and the rump wideness of the Dobermans (P<0.01, P<0.05, P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.05, P<0.05, P<0.05) and for body weight, the height at shoulder, the chest circumference and body lenght of the Labradors (P<0.05, P<0.001, P<0.05, P<0.01).
