Bursa-Yenişehir ilçesi sığır besi işletmelerinde teknik üretim parametreleri ve ekonomik verimlilik

Abstract

Bu çalışma Bursa ili Yenişehir ilçesi sığır besi işletmelerinin teknik üretim parametreleri ve ekonomik verimliliklerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Sığır besi işletmeleri genelinde besiye giriş ağırlığı ortalama 223 kg saptanmış ve ortalama 286 gün hesaplanan besi süresinde besi sonu canlı ağırlık ortalaması 539 kg, günlük ortalama canlı ağırlık kazancı 1122 gr bulunmuştur. Günlük % 90 kuru madde yem tüketim ortalaması 10.43 kg ve her kilogram canlı ağırlık artışı için tüketilen yem (yemden yararlanma) 9.29 kg olarak hesaplanmıştır. İşletmelerdeki besi gruplarında besiye giriş, besi sonu canlı ağırlıklar, besi süresi ve günlük canlı ağırlık kazanç ortalamalar arası farklar istatistiksel anlamda önemli bulunmuştur (P<0.01). Besi süresince sığır besi işletmeleri genelinde değişken ve sabit giderler sırasıyla % 82.5 ve 17.5 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Toplam giderler içerisinde en büyük gider payını % 42.7 ile canlı hayvan alım gideri oluşturmuş ve bunu % 37.3 payla yem gideri izlemiştir. İşletmeler genelinde fayda/masraf oranı 1.28 bulunmuştur.

The purpose of this study was to determine the production parameters and the economic efficiencies of cattle fattening enterprises in Bursa-Yenişehir district. The average initial live weights of animals were 223 kg and average fattening period was 286 days. The average final live weights and daily live weight gains of bulls were determined as 539 kg and 1122 g, respectively. The daily average feed-dry-matter consumptions and feed efficiency figures were calculated as 10.43 kg and 9.29 kg feed for per kilogram live-weight gain, respectively. The differences among all average figures of fattening groups in enterprises were statistically significant (P<0.01). The variable and fixed expenses throughout fattening period in cattle fattening enterprises were calculated 82.5 and 17.5 per cent, respectively. The charge of cattle buying in the total expenses of fattening operation was the highest value with 42.7 per cent. Feed costs followed this with 37.3 per cent. The ratio of the income to the expenses for fattening operation was also calculated as 1.28 in Yenişehir district.
