Robert Levin’in Mozart yorumculuğu bulgularının uygulama prensipleri

Abstract

Avusturyalı klasik dönem bestecisi Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart hakkında yapılan araştırmalar piyanist ve müzikolog Robert Levin’in öncülüğünde hızlanarak gelişme kaydetmiş, bulgular müzisyenler ve müzikologlar arasında yayılmaya başlamıştır. Mozart’ın beste yapma ve eser yorumlama davranışlarını detaylarıyla inceleyen Levin, sadece Mozart değil, klasik dönem hatta genel olarak yorumculuk anlayışını değiştirebilecek güçte bulgular elde etmiştir. Bu bulgular ışığında Levin, bir bütün olarak yorumculuk disiplinine, sanatına ve bilimine büyük katkılar sağlamıştır. Ancak yapılan kayıtlar, gerçekleşen konserler ve yarışmalardan anlaşılmaktadır ki, geçtiğimiz yüzyılın yorumculuk alışkanlıkları bugün bu bulgulara hala direnmektedir. İşte bu çalışmanın amacı, bilgilerin uygulanabilmesine katkıda bulunarak bu direnci ortadan kaldırmak, Mozart yorumu konusundaki temel sorun ve yeni bulguların en zorlayıcı taraflarından biri olan doğaçlama konusunu inceleyip yöntemler geliştirerek hem yorumcuya hem de yorumcu adayı öğrencilere yol göstermektir.

Researches about the Austrian composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart has rapidly progressed, which were pioneered by pianist and musicologist Robert Levin. His findings have begun to spread out among musicians and musicologists. Levin investigates Mozart's composing and improvising behaviors in detail, which enables interpreters to change the understanding of the interpretation of not only Mozart but also the classical period or even, the understating of the issues of interpretation as a whole. In that respect, Levin's researches are regarded as exceptional contributions to the discipline, art and, science of interpretation. However, the recordings, concerts and competitions still contain interpretation habits of the past century which are resisting to these findings. That's why this article aims to contribute to the execution of these findings, developing methods for the improvisation - which stands as one of the most compelling challenges of the main problems and discoveries about Mozart interpretation – thus, eliminate this resistance dedicated to interpreters and candidates.
