Din eğitimi açısından Kur'an-ı Kerim'de mesleki ahlak eğitimi

Abstract

Meslek ve meslekleşme olgusu insanlık tarihi kadar kadim bir olgudur. Çünkü meslekler insanla var oldu ve insan hayatı devam ettiği sürece onlar da var olmaya devam edeceklerdir. Zira meslek olgusu insan için hem geçimini sağlama, hem zamanını ve yeteneğini değerlendirme olanağı, hem de vücut enerjisini atmak için önemli bir vasıtadır. Tabii ki meslekler kadar, mesleki ahlak ve mesleki ahlak eğitimi de çok önemli kavramlar ve olgulardır. Zira mesleklerin devamı ahlak ve eğitim temeli sağlam olduğu müddetçe mümkün olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada özellikle çağımızda büyük bir sorun haline gelen mesleki ahlak ve mesleki ahlak eğitimi problemi üzerinde durulmaya çalışılmıştır. Öncelikle ahlak, meslek, mesleki ahlak ve mesleki ahlak eğitimi kavramları tanımlanmaya çalışılmış, devamında mesleki ahlakın tarihi serüvenine daha sonra Türkiye ve dünyadaki mesleki ahlak hayatına, iş ve meslek standardı noktasında neler yapıldığına bakılmıştır. İlerleyen bölümlerde ise İslam ahlakına göre bir meslek ahlakında bulunması gereken durum ve olgulara değinildikten sonra tezin temel konusu olan Kur'an'a göre mesleki ahlak ve mesleki ahlak eğitiminin nasıl olması gerektiği üzerinde durulmuş ve Kur'ani ahlak perspektifinde gerekli birtakım çözüm önerileri sunulmaya çalışılmıştır.

The phenomenon of profession and vocationalism is as ancient as human history. Because professions existed with human and as long as human life continues, they also will continue to exist. Because the phenomenon of profession is an important tool for people to provide their livelihood, to evaluate their time and abilities, and to remove body energy. Professional morality and professional moral education are also very important concepts and facts as well as professions. The continuation of the professions is only possible as long as the foundation of morality and education is solid. In this study, it was tried to focus on the problem of professional ethics and professional ethics education, which has become a big problem especially in our age. First of all, the concepts of morality, profession, professional ethics and professional moral education are tried to be defined. The contination, on the historical adventure of professional ethics, then Turkey and the world of professional ethics to life, what was done was examined at the point of business and occupational standard. In the following sections, after mentioning the situations and facts that should be in a professional ethics according to Islamic morality, according to the Qur'an, which is the main subject of the thesis, it is emphasized how professional ethics and professional ethics education should be and some necessary solutions were tried to be presented in the Qur'anic moral perspective.
