Dilencilik konusundaki hadislerin kaynak değeri ve rivâyet-dirâyet bütünlüğü çerçevesinde değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

İnsanlar, dünya hayatında kendilerine verilen rızıklar sayesinde yaşamlarını devam ettirmektedirler. Bazılarının zengin bazılarının ise fakir olması ilahi yazgının gereğidir. İçinde bulunduğu hali kabul etmeyen ve kolay yönden servete ulaşmak isteyenler başkalarının elinde bulunan mal, para ve imkânlardan faydalanmak isterler. Dilenciler genellikle bir şeyler isterken dini içerikli mesajları kullanırlar. Dinin temel naslarından biri olan hadisler çerçevesinde, Hz. Peygamber’in dilenciliğe bakışı ve uygulamalarının tespit edilmesi önem arz etmektedir. Müslümanlar arasında dilenciliğe bakışta pek çok farklılıklar bulunmaktadır. Ancak Hz. Peygamber’in söz, fiil ve takrirlerinin tespit edilmesi meselenin daha net anlaşılmasını sağlayacaktır. Bundan dolayı makalede dilencilikle ilgili hadisler bir araya getirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca hadisler çerçevesinde, günümüzde dilenciliğe nasıl yaklaşılması gerektiği üzerinde durulmuştur.

People continue their lives thanks to the sustenance that is given to them. Some of them to be rich or to be poor are the necessity of the divine destiny. Some people, who don’t accept their situation or desire to become rich easily, want to make use of the goods, money and opportunities which are in the hands of others. When the beggars are demanding something they usually use religious messages. In the framework of the hadiths which are one of the main evidences of the religion, it is important to identify the viewpoint of the Prophet and his applications on the beggary. Among the Muslims there are many differences in approach to panhandling. But the detection of the word and the deeds of the Prophet will provide a clearer understanding of the matter. Therefor in this paper it will be tried to collect the hadiths which are related to the beggary. Also it is focused on that how the beggary should be approached within the framework of hadith today.
