dc.description.abstractGünümüzde, içlerinde eğreltilerinde bulunduğu çok sayıda sils bitkisi doku kültürleri yöntemlerinden faydalanılarak üretilmektedir. Eğreltiler, tohum bağlamadıklar ve klasik üretim yöntemleri (ayırma hariç) ile çoğaltılamadıkları için doku kültürleri yöntemleriyle yaygın olarak çoğaltılmaktadır. Egrelti üretimi için explant olarak meristem, rizom segmentleri veya yaprak dokusu ve sporlar kullanılmasına rağmen ticari olarak üretimde, rizom segmentleri veya uçlan ile sürgün uçlarının kullanım daha yaygındır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractToday, numerous ornamental plant species including ferns are propagated using tissue culture methods. Femis are commonly propagated by tissue culture techniques since they don't set seeds and they can not be propagated by conventional propagation methods (except division) naturally. Meristem, rhizom segments or rips, leaf tissue and spores are used as plant for the propagation of jenis: however the use zom segments or tips and shoot tips is more common in commercial propagation.en_US
