Üniversite öğrencilerinin kullandığı çatışma çözme yöntemleri

Abstract

Bu çalışma öğretmen adayı üniversite öğrencilerinin kullandıkları çatışma çözme yöntemlerini saptamak ve onların çatışma çözme yöntemlerine olan ihtiyaçlarını belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla Uludağ Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi İlköğretim Bölümü 'nün çeşitli sınıflarından 168 öğrenciye (84 kız 84 erkek) bir çözülmemiş çatışma senaryosu verilmiş ve tamamlamaları istenmiştir. Sonuçlar öğrencilerin yararlı olacağını göstermektedir.

This study was designed to understand the conflict resolution strategies of university students. 168 students were selected from the department of primary education of Uludağ University, Education Faculty as 84 girls 84 boys. They were given an unresolved conflict situation and asked to resolve. By the evaluation of results, it has been found that the students were using forcing and withdrawal as strategies of conflict resolution and they need to conflict resolution programs.
