dc.description.abstractNişasta jeli elektroforez tekniği kullanılarak 7 koyun ırkında hemo globin tipleri tayin edilmiştir. İncelenen 348 koyunda AA, AB ve BB tipleri elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışmamızda Hb B geni frekansı bütün ırklarda yüksek düzeyde bulunmuştur.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn 7 sheep breeds, haemoglobins were typed by means of starch gel electrophoresis technique. Hb types AA, AB and BB were found in 348 sheep. In this experiment, gene frequency of Hb B was higher in the mentioned sheep breeds.en_US
