Bir atta karşılaştığımız colon perforasyonu ve evantrasyonu ile komplike perfore karın duvarı yarası

Abstract

The penatreting wound of the right abdominal wall was occured in the horse by horning of the cattle. The wound was complicated of the ruptured and evantreted of the large colon. The case was found on the acute stage and no complicated wiih peritonitis. The colonic wound was sutured Cushing and Lembert sutures and the abdominal wall closed with interrupted sutures. Parenterally and intraperi toneally and intraperitoneally antibiotics were administred and following 12 days the skin sutures were removed. The surgical repair resulted successfuly.

Bir atta boynuz darbesi sonucu şekillenmiş olan, sağ ventral karın duvarının perfore yarasının, kolon perforasyonu ve evantrasyonu ile komplike olduğu saptanılmıştır. Akut devrede olan olgu'nun kolon'a Cushing ve Lembert dikişleri, karın duvarına ise basit ayrı dikişler uygulanarak sağıtımı yapılmıştır. Oniki gün sonra dikişler uzaklaştırılmış ve herhangi bir komplikasyon olmaksızın iyileşmenin sağlandığı saptanılmıştır.
