Bursa bölgesinde broyler-damızlık bir işletmede saptanan myeloid leukosis olgusu

Abstract

Broyler-damızlık bir işletmede makroskopik ve mikroskopik olarak myeloid leukosis olgusu saptandı. Nekropside karaciğer, dalak, böbrek ve testislerde büyüme ve granüler görünüm, ayrıca stemurnun posteriorunda ve pelviste yumuşak tümörler gözlendi. Taze tümör ve organlardan hazırlanan tuşe preparatların May Grünwald Giemsa ile boyanması sonucu tümör hücrelerin sitoplazmalarında yuvarlak asidofilik granül lerle dolu olduğu tespit edildi. Ayrıca mikroskobik yoklamada karaciğer, dalak, böbrek ve testislerde sitoplazmaları granüllü myelositik hücreler görüldü. Serolojik olarak da ELISA tekniği ile incelenen 14 adet horoz kan serumunun 11 adedinde (%73.3) ve 24 adet tavuk kan serumunun 6 adedinde (%25) ALV p27 antijeni saptandı.

Myeloid leukosis was determined by macroscopically and microscopically in a broiler-breeder flock. In necropsy, enlargement and multiple small granuıar lesions were observed in liver, spleen, kidney and testes. Also there were soft turnours at the posterior sternum and pelvis. Imprints of fresh tumour and organs were stained with May Grünwald Giemsa, and it was found that the cytoplasm of tumor cells fılled with acidophilic round granules. Also, microscopically, the liver, spıeen, kidney and testis lesions were comprised mainly of myelocytes whose cytoplasms were fılled with red granules. Also serologically, A VL p27 antigen was detected in 1 1 of 14 male sera (73.3%) and 6 of 24 female sera (25%) examined by ELISA.
