Cumhuriyet Dönemi Alevî toplumunun devlet ile ilişkileri ve Alevî açılımı

Abstract

Bu çalışma Cumhuriyet dönemi Alevî toplumunun devlet ile ilişkilerinin mahiyetini tespit etmeyi ve Alevî açılımı sürecine açıklık getirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Türkiye'nin toplumsal yapısı içerisinde yer edinerek, sosyal bir gerçeklik olarak karşımıza çıkan Alevîliğin yaşadığı değişim sürecini anlamak ve ötekileştirmeden ortak paydada buluşmak Türk toplum yapısı için vazgeçilmezdir. Çalışmamız kavramsal, kuramsal ve betimsel verilere dayalı bir kaynak taraması araştırmasıdır. Araştırma üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde Alevîliğin tanımı, kimlik ve örgütlenme faaliyetleri ele alınarak Alevîliğin teşekkülü sürecine yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Cumhuriyet döneminde devletin Alevî politikası çerçevesindeki çalışmaları ve bunların toplumsal zemindeki yansımaları işlenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise, kentleşmenin beraberinde getirdiği modernite ile birlikte Alevîliğin köklü bir dönüşüme uğradığı tespit edilmiş, Alevîlerin sorunları ve beklentileri incelenmiştir. Bu noktada Alevî açılımı süreci ile ortaya konan fikir ve çözüm önerilerine yer verilmiştir. Bir diğer yandan Cumhuriyet dönemiyle birlikte Alevîlerin, meşru bir zeminde seslerini duyurarak bütünleştikleri, Alevî açılımı süreciyle de devlete karşı muhalif olma tutumlarında kırılmalar yaşandığı tespit edilmiştir.

This study attempts to investigate the nature of the relationship between the state and Alevis in the period of Turkish Republic and to clarify the process of the Alevi Opening. Alevism is a social reality which gains ground in the social structure of Turkey. To make out the period of change Alevism has experienced and to find a common ground without marginalization is necessary for Turkish social structure. This study is a literature review research based on cognitive, speculative and descriptive data. The topic is examined in three main chapters. In the first chapter, the description of Alevism and its identity and organizational form are discussed and the process of the formation of Alevism is described. In the second chapter, the policy of the state regarding Alevism and its reflections on the society in the period of Turkish Republic is investigated. In the third and last chapter, it is figured out that Alevism underwent a transformation with the modernism accompanied by urbanization and in this context troubles and expectations of Alevi community are discussed. Besides, opinion and solution proposals which The Alevi Opening bring out are also argued. We ascertain that Alevi community have come to the fore in a legitimate ground and became integrated within the Turkish Republic. On the other hand, their antagonist attitude is interrupted with the process of the Alevi Opening.
