Soğuk savaş sonrası dönemde Türkiye-Ermenistan ilişkilerinde yumuşak güç

Abstract

"Soğuk Savaş Sonrası Dönem'de Türkiye Ermenistan İlişkilerinde "Yumuşak Güç" " başlıklı tez çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde konuya ilişkin teorik ve tarihsel temel oluşturulmuştur. İkinci bölümde ilgili dönemde Türkiye-Ermenistan ilişkilerinin temel dinamikleri analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmamızın son bölümünde Türkiye Ermenistan ilişkilerinde "yumuşak güç" Soğuk Savaş Sonrası Dönemde uygulanmış mıdır? Günümüzde uygulanmakta mıdır? Gelecekte uygulana bilir mi? Uygulanabilirse hangi alanlarda, ne şekillerde uygulana bilir soruları tartışılmıştır. Hipotezimize göre Soğuk Savaş Sonrası Dönem'de Türkiye Ermenistan ilişkilerine genel hatlarıyla bakılmıştır. Türkiye bu dönemde Ermenistan'la ilişkilerinde "yumuşak güç" adına bazı girişimlerde bulunmuştur. Çalışmada komşularıyla sorunlarını "yumuşak güç" üzerinden çözmeye çalışan Türkiye'nin Ermenistan'a yönelik attığı adımların sorunların çözümünde ne kadar önemli ve etkili olup olduğu değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada yerli ve yabancı kitaplar, akademik makaleler ve akademik niteliği olan süreli yayınlar kullanılmış, çeşitli kütüphanelerin ve internet veritabanları taranmıştır.

The thesis titled ""Soft Power" in Relations Between Armenia and Turkey in the Post-Cold War Era" consists of three chapter. The theoretical and historical basis about the subject was established in the first chapter, The fundamental dynamics of Turkey-Armenia relations in the relevant period was analyzed in the second chapter. In the last chapter of the thesis, the following questions were discussed: Was "soft power" applied to Turkey-Armenia relations in the post-Cold War era? Is it being applied at the present time? Is it possible to be applied in the future?If it is in what fields and in what forms? According to our hypothesis, the Turkey-Armenia relationship in the post-Cold War era has been researched in general terms. In this period Turkey has taken some initiatives related with "Soft Power" in its relations with Armenia. The steps taken towards Armenia by Turkey which trying to solve their problems with neighbors through "soft power", how important and effective in solving the problems have been evaluated in our work. Academic books, essays and periodicals which are noteworthy as academic essay in both native and foreign language are used in our work, databases of various libraries and internet sources are scanned.
