Türkiye’de oyunculuk eğitimi ve kamera önü oyunculuğu

Abstract

İnsanın en eski eylemlerinden biri olan “oynamak”, zaman içinde tiyatro aracılığı ile yeni formlar kazanmış ve oyunculuk mesleğinin doğmasına yol açmıştır. İlerleyen dönemde, sinema ve televizyonun da devreye girmesi ile birlikte, sinema-tv alanında “kamera önü oyunculuğu” olarak bilinen bir oyunculuk tarzı oluşmuştur. Buna paralel olarak, çeşitli ülkelerde tiyatro, sinema ve televizyon için oyuncu yetiştirmek üzere faaliyetlerde bulunan eğitim kurumları ve kurslar ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu tarihten günümüze uzanan zaman dilimi içinde, Türkiye'de oyunculuk eğitimi veren okulların teorik ve uygulamalı ders içerikleri incelendiğinde ise, ağırlıklı olarak tiyatro oyunculuğuna yönelik bir yaklaşımın benimsendiği gözlemlenmektedir. Yukarıda belirtilen yapı içinde, Türkiye'de eğitim gören oyunculuk bölümü öğrencilerinin sinema ve televizyon alanında da rol alabilecekleri düşünüldüğünde, kamera önü oyunculuğu eğitiminin önemi daha iyi anlaşılacaktır. Bu bağlamda, oyunculuk öğrencilerinin mevcut eğitim süreçlerinde bu alana dair teorik ve pratik bilgiler/deneyimler edinmeleri, mezuniyet sonrasında sinema ve televizyon sektöründe çalışmaları açısından da hazırlayıcı bir işlev görecektir. Bu noktada, Türkiye'de oyunculuk eğitimi alanında belirlenen ya da benimsenen yöntemlerin, kamera önü oyunculuğu alanını da kapsayacak biçimde yeniden gözden geçirilmesi ve yapılandırılması, yerinde olacaktır.

One of the oldest actions of humans “to play” has changed and gained new forms throughout time and as a result “acting” has come forward as a profession. The invention of cinema has provoked new ways of acting by using the techniques of theatre as a base and these reforms have created a new form of acting called “acting on camera”. Concordantly, educational institutions and courses have been opened in many countries. When the educational institutions in Turkiye are examined, it is seen that although many universities in Turkey has fine arts faculties with “acting” departments, the education is limited with theatre acting. In the structure abovementioned, when the opportuinites in the acting segment are considered for the actors, the importance of acting on camera would be clarified. In this context, it would be functional for the acting students to learn theoritical and practical knowledge / experience about this field and would also have a preparatory function for them to work in movie and television sectors. At this point, it would be to the point that the methods determined and/or chosen for the acting educational institutions should be reviewed and expanded by including the methods for “acting on camera”.
