Bu çalışma, Uludağ Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsünde Sevinç Asal'in danışmanlığında Cengiz Elmacı tarafından yazılan "Ankara Keçilerinde (Capra hıcus) kan proteinleri polimorfizmi ile bazı tiftik özellikleri arasındaki ilişkiler" adlı doktora tezine dayanılarak hazırlanmıştır.en_US
In this study transferrin polymorphism was investigated in Angora Goats. The seperation of transferrin types were carried out using the horizontal starch-gel electrophoresis. The frequencies of transferrin alleles were determined 0.0801+/-0.019. 0.195+/-0.018 and 0.004+/-0.003 for TfA, TfB and TfC, respectively. Differences between expected number and observed number for transferrin genotypes were nonsignificant.en_US
