Abstract: Verbascum yurtkuranianum Kaynak, Daskin & Yilmaz sp. nova is described and illustrated from northwest Anatolia, Turkey. It is closely related to V. bugulifolium, from which it differs mainly in the shape of leaves, color, corolla diameter and capsule shape.
