| Abstract: | Toksoplazmozis tanısıyla pyrimethamine tedavisi uygulanan hasta, anemi ve hemorajik diyatez bulgularıyla müracaat etti. İncelemeler sonunda pansitopeni tablosu ile kendini gösteren megaloblastik anemi saptandı. The patient with toxoplasmosis who has been treated with pyrimethamine had complaints of anemia and hemorrhagic diathesis. After a series of studies, pancytopenia due to megalo blastic anemia were observed. |
