Lipom'da liposuction uygulaması

Abstract

Kozmetik cerrahide kullanım dışında "liposuction" cerrahisinin eksizyonel cerrahiye mükemmel bir alternatif olmaya başladığı giderek artan sayıda hastalık vardır. Lipomların cerrahide ekstirpasyonu sonrası ortaya çıkan; uzun postoperatif iyileşme dönemi, yara ayrılması, kötü skar gibi olumsuzlukların önüne geçmek için liposuction uygulanması önerilmektedir. Kliniğimizde vücudunun değişik yerlerinde multiple lipom bulunan üç olguya liposuction uygulanmış, sonuçlar yeterli bulunarak literatür verilerinin ışığı altında incelenmiştir.

Other than its use in cosmetic surgery, liposuction has come into common use alternatively to excisional surgery at an increasing number of diseases. Liposuction is now advocated in order to avoid the problems encountered after surgical extirpation of lipomas; such as long healing period, wound dehiscence and bad scar. Liposuction has been applied to three cases with multiple lipomas at our clinic and results have been found to be satisfactory and reviewed in the light of literature.
