Abstract: Some blood biochemical parameters were found nonsignificant between fertile and repeat breeding cows, which were kept under the good management conditions, contrary to the findings of other investigators. This could be due to different animal breed, health, nutritional and management conditions. The results of this study showed that metabolic profiles of fertile and repeat breeder cows were similar and that these parameters did not seem to be useful for the diagnosis of repeat breeder syndrome.
