Suyuti'nin "Edebü'l Fütya" isimli eserinin tahkiki

Abstract

Âlimlerin kendisinden övgüyle bahsettiği Celâleddin es-Suyûtî dinî ilimlerin çeşitli alanlarında pek çok eser yazmıştır. Önemli bir kısmı derleme olan eserleri bile bazı konuların günümüze kadar ulaşmasına katkı sağladığı için büyük bir boşluğun doldurulmasına vesile olmuştur. Edebü'l-fütyâ isimli cüz'ü bunlardan sadece birisidir.Hemen her konuda eseri olan Suyûtî, bu cüz'ünde bir hadisçi olarak hadisleri esas almak suretiyle fetvâ vermenin sorumluluğu ve bu bağlamda müftülerin fetvâ verirken dikkat etmesi gereken usûl ve kaidelerden bahsetmiştir.Müellifin eserinde kullandığı referans ve deliller, konuyu ele alış tarzındaki incelik ve hassasiyet dikkat çekicidir. Suyûtî'nin yol gösterici olması gayesiyle kaleme aldığı cüz' bu bakımdan kıymetli bir eserdir. O'nun hadisin yanı sıra fıkıh alanındaki vukûfiyetini de ifade etmektedir. Müellifin çok değerli bu cüz'ünü tahkikte bizim için dört nüsha yol gösterici olmuştur.

Celâleddin es-Suyûtî, whom scholars give much praise and admiration, has a number of works in various science fields. His works, many of which are compilations, have made significant contributions to Hadith by making some fundamental subjects available to be used by people even today. His fascicle called Edebül-fütyâ is only one of these compilations.In this fascicle, Suyûtî indicates the responsibility of giving fatwa in the lights of Hadith and explains the rules and procedures which muftis should take into consideration while giving fatwa.The writers elegant style of description, his arguments and references are eye-catching in his work. The fascicle written by Suyûtî is a precious work on account of being a useful guide. It shows that Suyûtî is an expert in not only the study of Hadith but also the science of Fiqh. four copies has been a helpful guide during our investigation into the valuable fascicle of the writer.
