Nöronal migrasyon anomalili yirmi bir olgunun retrospektif incelenmesi

Abstract

Nöronal migrasyon anomalileri periventrikiiler germinal nıatrikste oluşan nörobfastlann önceden planlandığı şekilde serebral karteksi oluşturmak için olan göçünde ve dizilimindeki bozukluk sonucu ortaya çıkar. Magnetik resonans görüntülemedeki gelişme sonrası dirençli epilepsilerin önemli bir kısmından sorumlu olan nöronal migrasyon anomalileri hastalar hayatta iken tanınabilmektedir. Bu sayede daha önceden tanımlanmamış pek çok spesifik sendromun erken tanısı konulmaktadır. Bu çalışmamızda nöronal migrasyon anomalisi tespit edilen 21 olgunun klinik ve radyolojik bulguları sunuldu.

Neuronal migration disorders (NMD) result from derangement in the process through which neuroblasts proliferating in the periventricular germinal matrix reach their final, pre-programmed position in the cerebral cortex. The development of magnetic resonance imaging (MRJ) permits the accurate diagnosis white the patients are alive of the neuronal migration disorders (N MD), which constitute an important group of intractable epilepsies. Several specific syndromes have been identified and early diagnosis of previously unrecognized entities is now possible. In this study, we present the clinical and radio/ogical findings of 21 paıient with neuronal migration disorders.
