Proksimal selektif gastrik vagotomi

Abstract

11'i erkek ve 7 'si kadın olmak üzere 18 duodenal ülserli hastaya proksimal selektif gastrik vagotomi uyguladık. Hastaları 1 - 3 sene arasında değişen bir süre takip etmek imkanını bulduk. Bu süre içerisinde hastalar herhangi bir şikayette bulunmamış ve durumlarından memnun olduklarını belirtmişlerdir. Literatürdeki bu yöndeki çalışmalar gözden geçirilmiştir.

We performed a selective proximale vagotomy on 18 patients, 11 men and 7 women . The follow- up periods of the cases varied from 1 to 3 years. The patients haven't had any complaints and we found them in good health. With regard to this we discussed the physiologic basis of the operation and reviewed the literature.
