| Abstract: | Bu çalışmada, tavşanlarda nn. intercostales içindeki adrenerjik liflerin noradrenalin miktarı spektrofoto kolorimetrik olarak hesaplandı. Adrenerjik liflerin yaklaşık olarak 5.4 ng/sm noradrenalin ihtiva ettiği tespit edildi. In this study, noradrenalin quantity of the adrenergic fibres of intercostal nerves of the rabbit was calculated spectrophotofluorometrically.The amount of the noradrenalin was found about 5.4 ng in 1 cm of the intercostal nerve of the rabbit. |
