Fraksiyone dolantin'in balans anestezi ekonomisi ile ilişkisi

Abstract

Dilantin 'in 20 mg. lık fraksiyone ortalama 35 mg. lık dozları MAC dan düşük halotan anestezisine eklendiğinde maliyet hesaplarına etkisi 1 dakikaya düşen harcama olarak saptandı. 16.51 + 339 TL. 1 dakikalık harcama, 36.91 + 489 TL. Etran anestezisi 1 dakikalık harcamasına göre anlamlı derecede ucuz, 12.22 + 2.61 TL. Tiyopental İle yapılan Balans Anestezisine göre anlamlı pahalı bulunmuş, 18.45 + 2.22 TL. MAC değerde Halotan anestezisine göre anlamlı farklılık saptanamamıştır. Yöntemin ucuz olması yanında emin oluşu da seçim nedeni olduğu vurgulanmıştır.

Pricing of low dose Pethidine adding to Halothane Anesthesia which performed lower than 1 MAC was calculated. A calculation is made of the cost of each ampoule, volume of gas vapour, total is built up and then is divided to time exposed. The cost of this balanced anesthesia technique was compared with the price of 1 MAC Ethrane, Halothane and balanced technique with Thiopental intravenously. Low dose Halothane Anesthesia with Pethidine was found to be significantly cheaper than Ethrane Anesthesia, more expensive than Thiopental anesthesia. There was no significant difference between 1 MAC Halothane Anesthesia.
