Obstrüktif sarılıkta morbidite ve mortalitenin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada malign veya benign sebeplerle obstrüktif anlık olan 106 olgu incelenmiştir. 40-70 yaş arası popülasyonu kapsayan olguların, % 35.8'i malign, % 64.2'si benign sebeplerle ameliyat edilmiştir. Olgulardan toplam % 3.7'si hastanede ölmüştü . Morbiditeye yol açan en önemli sebep enfeksiyon olarak bulunmuştur. Olgularda mortalite ve morbidite, yapılan cerrahi girişimler literatür verileriyle tartışılmıştır.

In this abstract, 106 cases of obstructive jaundice, either due to malign or benign causes have been reviewed. The cases which include 40-70 years of age were operated in % 35.8 for malignant and in % 64.2 for benign causes, % 3.7 of the cases died during hospitalization. The main cause of morbidity was infection. The mortality and morbidity and the surgical procedures have been discussed with review of the literature.
