Geçmişten günümüze yönetsel metinlerde liderlik: Orhun yazıtları, Siyasetname ve Nutuk'un eğitsel liderlik bağlamında değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Yönetsel eylemlerde liderlik ve eğitim yönetimi kapsamında eğitsel liderlik, günümüzde en çok araştırılan konulardan biri olmuştur. Bu çalışmada da, yönetsel metinler olarak değerlendirilen; her biri dönemine göre farklı sosyolojik unsurlar barındırsa da içerik ve yapısal olarak benzerlikleri bulunan Orhun Yazıtları, Siyasetname ve Nutuk’un liderlik kuramları üzerinden incelenmesi ve eğitsel liderliğe olan katkılarının irdelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda söz konusu eserler nitel araştırma yönetmelerinden doküman inceleme yöntemi ile seçilmiş, çözümlenmiş ve içerik analizi yöntemi ile derinlemesine incelenmiştir. vii Orhun Yazıtları, Siyasetname ve Nutuk’ta örgütün amaç ve değerleri ele alınarak yöneticilerinin nasıl bir örgütte var olduğu incelenmiştir. Sonrasında yöneticiyi lider yapan güç kaynağı tespit edilmiş ve aktarılmıştır. Son olarak eserlerde yöneticilerin üslup, iletişim ve davranışları incelenmiş ve liderlik özellikleri dikkate alınarak aktarılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre eserlerde en belirgin görülen üç liderlik türü şöyledir: Orhun Yazıtları’nda hizmetkar liderlik, vizyoner liderlik ve kültürel liderlik; Siyasetname’de kültürel liderlik, etik liderlik ve etkileşimci liderlik; Nutuk’ta ise vizyoner liderlik, dönüşümcü liderlik ve karizmatik liderlik türleri tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen bu liderlik türlerindeki özelliklerin eğitsel liderlere katkı sağlayabileceği neticesine varılmıştır. Araştırmanın yöneticilik, liderlik ve eğitsel liderlik ile ilgili başka çalışmalara kaynaklık edeceği umut edilmektedir

Leadership in managerial actions and educational leadership within the scope of educational management has been one of the most researched topics today. In this study, evaluated as administrative texts; Although each of them has different sociological elements according to its period, it is aimed to examine the Orhun Inscriptions, Siyasetname and Ataturk’s Nutuk, which have similarities in content and structure, through leadership theories and to examine their contributions to educational leadership. For this purpose, the works in question were selected from the qualitative research directors by document analysis method, analyzed and examined in depth with content analysis method. The aims and values of the organization were discussed in the Orhun Inscriptions, Siyasetname and Ataturk's Nutuk, and it was examined what kind of an organization its ix managers were in. Afterwards, the power source that makes the manager a leader has been identified and transferred. Finally, the style, communication and behaviors of the managers were examined in the works and were conveyed by taking into account their leadership characteristics. According to the findings obtained in the research, the three most prominent leadership types in the works are as follows: Servant leadership, visionary leadership and cultural leadership in the Orkhon Inscriptions; Cultural leadership, ethical leadership and interactionist leadership in Siyasetname; In Ataturk’s Nutuk, on the other hand, visionary leadership, transformational leadership and charismatic leadership types were determined. It has been concluded that the characteristics of these identified leadership types can contribute to educational leaders. It is hoped that the research will be a source for other studies on management, leadership and educational leadership.
