Ophisops elegans, Lacerta cappodocica, Anatololacerta danfordi and Podarcis muralis, living in Turkey was studied using technique. The longest erythrocytes and nuclei were measured in O. elegans and the shortest ones in L cappodocica. The widest erythrocytes were recorded ill P. muralis and the narrowest ones in L. cappodocica, The widest nuclei were found in O. elegans mid the narrowest ones in L cappodocica.
