Abstract: Progressif sistemik sklerosis (Scleroderma)'nın plevrayı nadir olarak tuttuğu bilinmektedir. Plörezi ile seyreden bir Skleroderma vakası ilginç bulunduğu için takdim edilmiştir.
Pleural involvement during the course of Progressive Systemic Sclerosis is known to be rare. Here we report a case of Progressive Systemic Sclerosis with pleurisy which we found interesting.
