Sırt üstü yatışa bağlı hipotansiyon ve yarı yatırılarak yapılan sezerian ameliyatı

Abstract

Sezerian ameliyatında uterus'un aorta ve vena-kava inferiara yaptığı bası sonucu annede hipotansiyon, uterus venlerinde genişleme ve çocukta solunum depresyonu oluşur. Bunu önlemek için anneyi yarı yan vaziyete çevirmek ve böylece uterusu aorta ve vena-kava inferior'dan uzaklaştırmak, ayrıca sür'atle doğumu gerçekleştirmek lazımdır.

Uterine aortocaval compression during cesarean section may produce severe maternal hypotension, uterine vein distention and respiratory depression of the newborn. To overcome this complication one should displace the uterus of the aorta and inferior vena cava by turning the mother to a semilateral position and deliver the baby as speedy as possible.
