Yetişkin tipi tüberkülozda biopsi ile verifiye plevra tüberkülozu saptanan olguların incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Ocak 1980-Aralık 1987 tarihleri arasında kliniğimize müracaat eden "Akciğer Tbc + Tbc plörezi" tanısı konmuş 17 olgu balgamda AARB müspetliği, BCG-ppd ilişkisi, plörezinin ve akciğer dokusundaki lezyonun yeri ve klinik, biyokimyasal, bakteriologi, patolojik özellikleri, hastaların sosyo-ekonomik durumları ile lezyonun yaygınlığı arasındaki ilişkiler açısından incelendi. Elde edilen sonuçların klasik bilgilerle uzunluğu tartışıldı.

In this study, 17 patients diagnosed with Tbc + Tbc pleurisy of the lung who were treated in our clinic, Uludağ of University, Faculty of Medicine, between Jan. 1980 and Dec. 1987, AARB positivity at sputum , the relationship of BCG-ppd, the location of pleurisy , and at cell of the lung, clinical, biochemical, bacteriological, pathological, properties of the patients and the point of view of relations between socio-economic situation of the patient and lesion frequency were investigated. The enormity of the results with the classical learning was discussed.
