Human menopozal gonadotropin (HMG) ve human korionik gonadotropinlerle (HCG) ovulasyon indüksiyonu

Abstract

Kadın infertilitesinin % 15-25 'inin sebebi anovulasyondur. Günümüzde, anovulatuar olgularda gonadotropinlerle başarılı bir şekilde ovulasyon sağlanabilmektedir. Ancak gerekli olan gonadotropin dozu ve uygulama süresi her hasta için çok farklıdır. Hatta kullanılması gereken doz, aynı hastanın değişik sirkülerinde bile değişebilir. Bu nedenle tedavinin takibi. uygulanacak protokolun belirlenmesinde büyük önem taşır.

Anovulation is responsible for female infertility in % 15-25% of cases. Recently, in selected cases anovulation is succesfully threatened with gonadotropins. However, the required gonadotropin dosage differs from patient to patient even the therapeutic regime may differ in different cyclus of the same patient. Thus, the follow up of the regiment is very important for choosing a therapeutic protocol.
