US ve BT ile saptanan bir ektopik dalak ve böbrek olgusu

Abstract

Ektopik dalak ektopik böbrekten daha nadir görülen bir anomalidir. Literatürde aksesuar dalak, splenogonadal füzyon ve ektopik pelvik dalak gibi birçok konjenital dalak anomalisi bildirilmiştir. Araştırabileceğimiz kadarıyla ektopik dalak (Wandering dalak) ve ektopik böbreğin birlikte görüldüğü literatür bilgisi bulamadık. İlginç olması ve nadir görülmesi nedeniyle tanısı US ile konan, EU ve BT ile doğrulanan olguyu ilgili literatürü gözden geçirerek sunmayı amaçladık.

Ectopic spleen anomaly occurs rarer than ectopic kidney. There is some literature reported about congenital spleen anomalies such as accessory spleen, splenogonadal fusion and ectopic pelvic spleen. But we couldn't find any case that has wandering spleen (ectopic spleen) and ectopic kidney anomaly together in the literature. Because of its seldom occurrence, we report this interesting case diagnosed with US and proved by EU and CT.
