Bursa ili ve çevresinde üriner sistem taş hastalığı üzerine bir çalışma

Abstract

Toplumdaki insidansı giderek artan, coğrafi durum, ırk, cins, yaş ve idrar özellikleri gibi birçok etkenin rol oynadığı kabul edilen üriner sistem taş hastalığında, Bursa ili ve çevresine ait özelliklerin vurgulanması amacı ile Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Üroloji Anabilim Dalında ürolithiasis nedeni ile ameliyat edilen 350 olgu, yaş, cins, yaşadıkları bölge, semptomlar, taşların yer ve cinsleri ile idrarın biokimyasal ve bakteriolajik özellikleri açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, birçok kaynak verileri ile karşılaştırıldığında benzer özellikle oldukları gözlenmiştir.

The geographic status, race, age, sex, heredity and the properties of the urine are known as the etiological factors of ·the disease, urolithiasis. Its incidence is increasing everyday. In order to emphasize the properties of the city Bursa and its surroundings, 350 patients who were operated because of urolithiasis, in the department of Urology, Uludağ University Medicine Faculty, are evaluated by their age, sex, inhabitance, symptoms, the site and the kind of the stones, and the biochemical and bacteriological specialities of their urine. The results of this report came out to be almost identical with the results reported in the literature.
