Ameliyathane hemşirelerinin profesyonel değerlerinin mesleki otonomilerine etkisi ve ilişkili faktörler

Abstract

Bu araştırma bir eğitim araştırma hastanesinde ameliyathanede steril hemşire olarak çalışan hemşirelerin profesyonel değerlerinin mesleki otonomilerine etkilerini ve ilişkili faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma Şubat 2021- Kasım 2021 tarihleri arasında 75 hemşirenin gönüllü katılımı ile yapılmıştır. Verilerin toplanması amacıyla; Hemşire Tanılama Formu, Hemşirelerin Profesyonel Değerleri Ölçeği (HPDÖ) ve Hemşirelik Aktivite Ölçeği (HAÖ) kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSSv22.0 programında yüzdelik dağılımlar, ortalamalar, Shapiro Wilk testi, Mann Whitney U testi, t testi, Cronbach alfa (α) ve Spearman kolerasyon analizi kullanılarak değerlendirildi. Spearman sıra korelasyon katsayısı ile incelenmiştir. İstatistiksel anlamlılık sınırı p=0,05 olarak kabul edildi. Çalışmaya katılan hemşirelerin; yaş ortalaması 39, meslekte çalışma yıl ortalaması 15, ameliyathanede çalışma yıl ortalaması 10 olarak bulunmuştur. Hemşirelerin %93,3’ü kadın, %65,3’ü evli ve %69,3’ünün lisans mezunu olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca hemşirelerin %65,3’ü mesleği isteyerek seçtiğini ifade ederken, %42,7’si de meslekle ilgili profesyonel eğitim aldığını dile getirmiştir. HPDÖ toplam ölçek puanı 122,2±18,9 yüksek düzeyde bulunmuş ve Cronbach alfa katsayısı 0,959 bulunarak ölçeğin güvenilirliği saptanmıştır. HAÖ toplam ölçek puanı 91 düşük düzeyde otonom olarak hesaplanırken Cronbach alfa katsayısı 0,845 oranında güvenilir bulunmuştur. HPDÖ Otonomi alt ölçek toplam puanı ile HAÖ arasından aynı yönde anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur. Çalışmada HPDÖ ve HAÖ ülkemizde kullanımının güvenirliği saptanmıştır. Hemşirelerin profesyonel değerlerinin yurtdışı kaynaklarla benzer olduğu görülmüştür. Profesyonel otonomi değeri yüksek olan hemşirelerin mesleki otonomlarını da yüksek olduğu görülmektedir. Buna göre; ülkemizde hemşirelerin profesyonel değerlerinin ve mesleki otonomlarının artırılması için sürekli eğitimlerin sağlanması ve motive edici yaklaşımların olması, bu doğrultuda araştırmaların sağlanması önerilmektedir.

This research was carried out to determine the effect of the professional values of nurses working as sterile nurses in the operating room in a training and research hospital on their professional autonomy and related factors. The research was carried out with the voluntary particiation of 75 nurses between February 2021 and November 2021. For the purpose of collecting data; Nurse Identification Form, Nurses’ Professional Values Scale (HPDS) and Nursing Activity Scale (HAS) were used. The collected data were evaluted by using percentage distributions, Shapiro Wilk test, Mann Whitney U test, T test, Cronbach alpha and Spearman correlation analysis on the programme SPSSv22.0. The border of statistical significance was regarded as p=0,05. The nurses participating in the study; the average age was 39, the average of working years in the profession was 15 and the average of working years in the operating room was 10. It was determined that %93,3 of the nurses were women, %65,3 were married and %69,3 were undergraduate graduates. In addition, %65,3 of the nurses stated that they chose the profession voluntarily, while %42,7 stated that they received professional training related to the profession. The HPDS total scale score was found to be 122,2±18,9 high and the reliability of the scale was determined by the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0,959. While the HAS total scale score was calculated as 91 at a low level of autonomy, the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was found to be reliable at the rate of 0,845. A significant correlation was found between HPDS Autonomy subscale total score and HAS in the same direction. In the study, the reliability of the use of HPDS and HAS in our country was determined. It has been observed that professional values of nurses are similar to those of foreing sources. It is seen that the professional autonomy of nurses with high professional autonomy value is also high. According to this; In order to increase the professional values and professional autonomy of nurses in our country, it is recommended to provide continuous training and to have motivating approaches and to provide researches in this direction.
