Bursa ve yöresinde, rastgele seçilmiş 110 olguda kanda kurşun taraması

Abstract

Çalışmamız, toplumumuzun belirli bir kesiminde, küçükte olsa, kan kurşunu taramasını gerçekleştirmeyi amaçlıyordu. Bu nedenle rastgele seçilmiş 110 olguda, kan da kurşun miktar belirtimi Rank Hilger marka H 1550 tipi grafit tüplü atomik absorbsiyon spektrofotometri (AAS) cihazında Triton x·100 le hemoliz yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirildi .Çalışma kapsamına aldığımız 110 olguda saptadığımız kan kurşun ortalaması 0.208 mg/L idi. Yaşa, cinsiyete göre kan kurşun seviyelerinin dağılımında anlamlı bir fark bulunamadı. Mesleklere göre dağılımda ise ev hanımları kan kurşun seviyesi en fazla olan grubu oluşturdu.

Our working aimed to verify the research of blood lead in a definite part of our society. For this reason, 110 randomly selected cases, have been used to certify the lead amount in blood by using Atomic Absorbtion Spectrophotometry (AAS) apparatus, mark of Rank Hilger H 1550 type, with tube containing graphite, by using the method of hemolysing with Triton x-100. The average of blood lead we had fixed in 110 cases we had worked on was 0. 208 mg/L. There wasn 't any meaningful difference in the distribution of blood lead level according to the age and sexuality. According to the distribution of occupations, house wives were the group in which the blood lead level was the most.
