dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada modifie Wessler staz tromboz modeli kullanılarak tavşanlarda trombus oluşturuldu Hayvanlara trombojenik ajan olarak tavşan beyin tromboplastini enjekte edildi. Profilaktik olarak hayvanlara farklı dozlarda çeşitli heparin fraksiyonları deri altı enjekte edildi ve bu maddelerin koruyucu etkileri birbirleriyle karşılaştırıldı . Sonuçta CY 216 kodlu düşük moleküler ağırlıklı heparin fraksiyonunun tam anlamıyla pıhtı oluşumunu önlediği gözlendi. Ayrıca pıhtılaşma zamanı normal sınırlar içerisindeydi.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn this study, thrombus was formed in rabbits by using the modified Wessler statis thrombosis model. Rabbit brain thromboplastin was injected as the thrombogenic agent. Several heparin fractions was injected S. C. prophylactically in different doses and their protective actions compared . As a conclusion, the CY 216 coded low molecular weight heparin fraction was found to prevent clot formation completely; Furthermore the clotting time was in normal limits.en_US
