| Abstract: | Pektoralis major kasının sternal bölümünün tek taraflı hipoplazisi, aynı tarafta sindaktili, brakidaktili, mikrodaktili ve ektrodaktili ile karakterli tipik bir Poland Sendromu olgusu, ülkemizde oldukça nadir görülmesi nedeni ile sunulmuştur. Olgu nedeni ile kaynaklar gözden geçirilmiştir. A case of Poland's Syndrome characlerized with unilateral hypoplasis of pectoralis major muscle, syndactily, brachydactily, microdactily, and ectrodactilism has been presented because of its rarily in our country. The literature data concerning with the subject has also been reviewed. |
