| Abstract: | Bu araştırmada, Yeni Zelanda tipi 20 tavşanda A. karotis kommunis'lerde mikroşirürjikal teknikle uç-uca ve uç-yan anastomoz yapıldı. Değişik zamanlarda yapılan angiografilerle açıklık oranı değerlendirildi. Ayrıca anastomoz yerinde ve klips uygulanan damar kesimlerinde oluşan histolojik değişiklikler takip edildi. In this paper, we presented the results of the end-to end and end-to side microsirurgical anastomosis performed on the comman carotid artery in the New Zeland type rabbits. The patency of anastomosis were checked by angiographicially. Also histologically the anastomosis sides and the effect of the temporary aplication clips used during the suturing on the arteries walls were investigated. |
