| Abstract: | Ultrasonografik olarak tanı konulan bir superior mezenterik arter anevrizması olgusu,çok seyrek görülmesi ve genellikle fatal seyirli komplikasyonlara yol açması nedeniyle, ilgili literatür gözden geçirilerek sunulmuştur. The superior mesenteric artery (SMA) aneurysm is very uncommon and causes fatal complications. In this paper a case of SMA· aneurysm diagnosed by ultrasound is presented and related literature has been reviewed. |
