Abstract: Clofarabine has significant efficiency in children with relapsed or refractory leukemia. In previous pediatric trials, various adverse effects have been described. In this case, we report a child with refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia who developed fatal capillary leak syndrome during clofarabine therapy.
