Bursa İnebey Kütüphanesi'ndeki fıkıh usûlü kitapları üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Bursa İnebey Kütüphanesi'ndeki fıkıh usûlü ile ilgili yazma eserleri konu edinen bu çalışma iki bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümde kütüphanedeki fıkıh usûlü yazmaları müellifleri ile birlikte tanıtılmıştır. Eserler müelliflerin vefat tarihlerine göre tasnif edildikten sonra, her bir müellif hakkında kısaca bilgi verilmiş, ardından müellifin kütüphanedeki eseri, teknik özellikleri ve muhtevaları açısından incelenmiştir. Ayrıca incelenen kitapların Türkiye'deki diğer kütüphanelerde bulunan yazma nüshaları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. İkinci bölümde eserler türlerine göre tasnif edildikten sonra matbûları bulunan ve bulunmayan yazmalar belirlenmiş, bunlar özellikleri, muhtevaları ve müellifleri açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Aynı zamanda çeşitli özellikleri itibariyle her türden bir eser tespit edilerek ayrıntılı bir şekilde tanıtılmıştır.

This work on manuscripts of usûl al-fiqh in Bursa Inebey Library is composed of two main sections.In the first section, manuscripts of usūl al-fiqh with their authors in the library are introduced. After manuscripts are classified according to the date of death of the authors, the information about each author is provided briefly, then author's work in the library in terms of specifications and contents is examined. In addition, I tried to detect the analyzed manuscripts in other libraries in Turkey.In the second section, after the works are classified according to the types, I tried to determine whether they are published or not. These are evaluated in terms of properties, contents and authors. Additionally, it is described in detail by determining the work of each type as having various features.
