| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, EPROM ve programlanması anlatılmıştır. Hafızalar hakkında kısa bir temel bilgi verildikten sonra Z.80A PIO ve RE 350 giriş-çıkış portu (dış-açılma birimi) ile ilgili donanım ve yazılım üzerinde durulmuştur. Bundan sonra asıl EPROM programlayıcı devre gerçekleştirilmiştir. Programlama dili olarak, ZX Spectrum ve RE 350 G/Ç portu ile uyumlu BASIC kullanılmıştır.
