İnek kolostrumunun sıçanlarda kimi cinsel etkinlikler üzerine etkisi

Abstract

In this study the effect of colostrum on the spermatogenesis of infertile rats was investigated. Each of the rats in the experimental group was injected with 0.5 ml of colostrum subcutaneously. Controls were injected with 0.5 ml of physiological saline by same route. On the 6 th day following injections rat in both experimental and control groups were sacrificed. Histological examination of testicles reveo/ed an increase of spermatogenic series of cells in tubular of testicles of the rat injected with colostrum. Spermatogenic series of cells were not detected in tubular of testicles of rats in control group.

Memeli hayvanlarda östrus sinkronizasyonu ve multi folikülasyon oluşturmak amacıyla da kullanılan kolostrumun infantil erkek sıçanlarda spermatogenez üzerine etkisinin araştırılması amaçlandı. Deneme gruplarındaki sıçanlara ilk gün 0.5 cc. kolostrum, kontrol grupların daki sıçanlara da ilk gün 0.5 cc. serum fizyolojik deri altı yolla enjekte edildi. Deneme ve kontrol gruplarındaki sıçanların testisleri 6. günde alınarak histolojik olarak incelendi. Sonuçta kolostrum enjekte edilen deneme grubundaki sıçanların tubuluslarda kontrol grubunda görülmeyen spermatogenik seri den hücrelerin çoğaldığı saptandı.
