Hitit sosyo-ekonomik yapısının konut mimarisine yansıması

Abstract

Hititler, yaşadıkları dönemde Anadolu’da egemen güç olmayı başarmışlardır. Bunun en büyük nedenlerinden biri merkeziyetçi bir yönetim anlayışı benimsemiş olmalarıdır. Bu yönetim anlayışı sayesinde sosyal ve ekonomik alanda önemli gelişmeler yaşanmıştır. Bu tez çalışmasında sosyoekonomik yapının konut mimarisindeki yansımaları incelenmiştir. Hititlerde sosyal yapıyı irdelemek amacıyla hiyerarşik düzen, sosyal sınıflar ve meslek grupları ele alınmıştır. Hitit ekonomisini ele almak amacıyla Hitit ekonomisini oluşturan unsurlar ve ekonominin yönetimi incelenmiştir. Bunun yanında konut yapıları,kullanılan malzemeler, yapım teknikleri ve konut tipleri olarak ele alınmıştır. Sosyoekonomik yapının konut mimarisine yansıması Orta Hitit Dönemi ile başlamıştır. İmparatorluk Dönemi’nde ise Hitit ekonomisinde önemli değişimlerin yaşandığı ve bu durumun Hitit mimarisinde büyük değişimlere sebep olduğu görülmektedir.

The Hittites managed to become to the dominant power in Anatolia during theirlifetime. One of the biggest reasons for this is that they have adopted a centralized management approach. In the thesis, the reflections of the socioeconomic structure onthe residential architecture are examined.Hierarchical order, social classes and occupational groups were discussed inorder to examine the social structure of the Hittites. In order to deal with the Hittite economy, the elements that make up the Hittite economy and the management of theeconomy are examined. In addition, housing structures are discussed as materials used,construction techniques and housing types.The reflection on the socioeconomic stucture on the residential architecture started with the Middle Hittite Period. It’s seen that there were important changes in the Hittite economy during the Imperial Period and this situation caused great changes inthe Hittite architecture.
