Riyazü’s-salihin’de yer alan hadislerin mahremiyet bağlamında değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın konusu meşhur hadis âlimi Nevevî‟nin Riyâzü‟s-sâlihîn isimli eserinde yer verdiği hadislerin mahremiyet bağlamında değerlendirilmesidir. Amacı ise Riyâzü‟s-sâlihîn‟deki tüm hadislerin içeriklerini analiz ederek mahremiyet kavramı bağlamında incelenebilecek, kaynaklık teşkil edebilecek, mahremiyet eğitimine katkı sunabilecek hadislerin neler olduğunu tespit, tasnif ve tahlil etmektir. Din Eğitimi dinin kapsamına giren ve insana dair tüm alanlarla ilgilenen bir bilim dalı olma özelliği taşımaktadır. Bu alanda insanın şahsiyet inşasına katkı sunan mahremiyet kavramının asırlarca okunmuş ve okutulmuş Riyâzü‟s-sâlihîn gibi bir hadis kitabı özelinde çalışılmamış olması araştırmamız açısından büyük önem arz etmektedir. Giriş ve üç bölümden oluşan çalışmanın giriş bölümünde araştırmanın konusu, amaç ve önemi, yöntem ve sınırlıkları ile problemi yer almıştır. Araştırmanın birinci bölümünde mahremiyet kavramı, türleri, islâmî literatürdeki yeri, mahremiyet eğitimi ve mahremiyet eğitiminin kazandırdıkları gibi konulara yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın ikinci bölümünde Nevevî ve Riyâzü‟s-sâlihîn hakkında bilgi verilmiş, eserde yer alan hadisler mahremiyet türleri açısından tasnif edilmiş, üçüncü bölümde ise eser mahremiyet eğitimi esnasında dikkat edilecek hususlara katkısı açısından ele alınmıştır. Nitel bir çalışma olarak tasarlanan araştırmada ağırlıklı olarak dökümantasyon metodu kullanılmış ve literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Nevevî‟nin Riyâzü‟s-sâlihîn isimli eserinde yer verdiği hadisler mahremiyet bağlamında metin analizi yöntemiyle taranmıştır. Bu araştırma ile Riyâzü‟s-sâlihîn‟de yer almış hadislerde hangi mahremiyet çeşitleri hangi açılardan yer verildiğinin ve bu hadislerin mahremiyet eğitimine hangi ilkeler açısından katkı sunabileceğinin tespiti yapılmış, yaşadığımız modern çağda birey ve topluma mahremiyet eğitimi açısından yol gösterici niteliğe sahip olduğu ortaya koyulmuştur.

The subject of this research is the evaluation of the hadiths that the famous hadith scholar Imam Nevevî included in his work called Riyâzü's-sâlihîn in the context of privacy. Its purpose is to identify, classify and analyze the hadiths that can be analyzed in the context of the concept of privacy by analyzing the contents of all hadiths in Riyâzü's-sâlihîn, which can serve as a source and contribute to privacy education.It is of great importance for our research that the concept of privacy, which contributes to the construction of the personality of the human being in the field of religious education, which is within the scope of religion and deals with all areas of humanity, has not been studied in a hadith book such as Riyâzü's-sâlihîn, which has been read and taught for centuries. In the introduction part of the study, which consists of an introduction and three parts, the subject of the research, its purpose and importance, method, limitations and problem are included. In the first part of the research, topics such as the concept of privacy, its types, its place in Islamic literature, privacy education and the benefits of privacy education are included. In the secondand third part of the research, information about Imam Nevevî and Riyâzü's-sâlihîn was given, and the hadiths in the work were discussed in terms of their contribution to the types of privacy and the issues to be considered during privacy education. In the research, which was designed as a qualitative study, mainly the documentation method was used and the literature was searched. The hadiths included in Imam Nevevî's work called Riyâzü's-sâlihîn were scanned with the method of content analysis in the context of privacy. With this research, it has been determined which types of privacy are included in the hadiths in Riyâzü's-sâlihîn and in what respects these hadiths can contribute to privacy education, and it has been revealed that it has a guiding quality for the individual and society in terms of privacy education in the modern age we live in.
