Abstract: | Ruminant's caseins have been characterized in the bovine species (Gonyon et al., 1987, Eenennaam et al., 1991). In goat, genetic polymorphism has been described for alpha(s1) - alpha(s2) K and beta-casein (Bouinol et al., 1994; Jordana et al., 1996). In this study, it was aimed to investigate the milk protein polymorphism in Saanen goats. |
