Azerbaycan'ın dış ticaretinde lojistiğin önemi ve lojistik merkez araştırması

Abstract

Dünya genelinde ticaret hatlarının karmaşık hale gelmesi sonucu en yeni taşıma sistemleri daha da gelişmiş ve çeşitlenmiş, teknolijik altyapı iyileşmiş ve taşımacılıkta hız, iletişim ve kalite artmışıtır. Bu gelişmeler bütün ülkelere etki etmekte ve küreselleşmeyi karşı konulmaz bir hale getirmektedir Dolayısıyla bu gelişmelere paralel olarak lojistik sektörü de büyümüştür. Lojistik merkezler de bu çözümlerden biri olmuştur. Lojistik merkezler, hem lojistik hareketliliği kontrol eden, hem de lojistik yan faaliyetleri kolay hale getiren bir çözüm yolu olmuştur. Lojistik merkezler, içerisinde farklı taşımacılık türlerinin bulunduğu, lojistik ile ilgili tüm faaliyetlerin farklı işletmeciler tarafından ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde gerçekleştirildigi belirli yerlerdir. Yapılan bu çalışmada, Azerbaycan`da altı potansiyel lojistik merkezin kuruluş alanlarının belirlenmesi için bir model önerilmiş ve uygulanmıştır. Yapılan araştırma sonuçları tablolara dökülmüş ve tartışılmıştır.

The most advanced traffic systems in the world have been developed and diversified, the technological infrastructure has improved, the speed of transport, communication and quality has increased, all countries have been affected and the globalization has been irresistible Parallel to these developments, this rapid flow has led to the growth of the logistics sector. Logistics centers are also one of these solutions. Logistics centers have become a solution to the controls of both the logistics mobility and the logistics side activities. Logistics centers are specific locations where all logistics-related activities involving different types of transport are carried out by different operators at national and international level. In this work, a model was proposed and implemented in Azerbaijan to determine the establishment areas of potential six logistics centers. The results of the research are submitted and discussed.
