Artvin ilinin değişen sosyal yapısı ve istihdama etkisi

Abstract

Artvin İlinin Değişen Sosyal Yapısı ve İstihdama Etkisi konulu tez çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; sosyal yapı ve sosyal değişme, işgücü ve istihdam, sosyal yapı ve işgücü istihdam kavramları arasındaki ilişkiler teorik olarak açıklanmıştır. Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde Artvin ilinin temel demografik yapısı, nüfus hareketleri, sosyal yapısı ve ekonomik yapısı incelenmiştir. Bu bölümde; Artvin ilinin tarım alanlarının kıtlığı, sanayi yatırımlarının yetersiz olması nedeniyle iktisadi gelişmesi yavaş olmuştur. İlin istihdam alanlarının artan emek arzını karşılayamadığı için başka illere göçler olmuştur. İl dışına göçler işgücü miktarını azalttığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca il nüfusunun yıllar itibariyle giderek azaldığı görülmüştür. Çalışmamızın üçüncü bölümünde ilin istihdam yapısındaki değişme incelenmiştir. Bu bölümde tarım ve sanayi sektörünün il istihdamında payı yıllar itibariyle azaldığını ve hizmetler sektörünün istihdamdaki payının arttığı görülmüştür.

This research, which is organized in an explanatory method, is composed of threeparts. n the first part, theoratically, the concepts of social structure and social change,labour force and employment, relation [s] between labour force and employment areexplained.In the second part of the study, basic demographic structure, population mobility,social and economic structures of Artvin Province are examined. In this chapter, it isgiven way to an important point [s] which is/are about less-developed [such aseconomical] the Province because of scarcity of agricultiral areas and lack of industryinvestment in Artvin Province. So Artvin Province could not achieve to deploy itsincreasing labour supply in scarcity of agricultural areas. For that reason, it has beenobserved immigration phenomenon to other provinces during the course of the currentyears. And it has been watched over that immigrations cause to disadvantage conditionlike labour scarcity. Furtermore, number of population in Artvin Province has decreasedgradually, too. The third part in this thesis emphasizes the importance of changing ofemployment structure.This section takes on that the portions of agriculture and indutrialsectors have decreased in Artvin Province's total employment; but on the other hand theportion of service sector has been getting increase.
