Farklı buruşmazlık apre maddeleri uygulanan kumaşlarda dikiş performansının incelenmesi

Abstract

Yüzyılımızın ağır ve hızlı yaşam koşullarında giyim sektöründeki değişikliklerde şıklığın ve gösterişin yerini konforun ve rahatlığın egemen olduğu modellerin alması ile istenen modeldeki ürünlerin üretilebilmesi için bitim işlemleri son derece önemli hale gelmiştir. Günümüzde yaşamın getirdiği zorlukları en aza indirmeye yönelik bakımı kullanımı kolay ürün geliştirme çalışmalarında en çok dikkati çeken noktalardan biri olan üretilen giysilerin ütü istemeyen, kolay yıkanıp kurutula bilen yada ürün üzerinde bir kat izi isteniyorsa bu iz(ler)in yıkama ile ortadan kalkmaması için yapılan çalışmalar bitim işlemlerinden buruşmazlık apreleri kapsamındadır. Bitim işlemlerinde buruşmazlık etkisi sağlayan kimyasal maddeler uygulandığı dokuya istenilen özelliği kazandırırken dokunun bazı özelliklerinde de değişime sebebiyet verebilmektedir. Bu değişim dokunun performans özelliklerinde olabileceği gibi üretilen kumaşların konfeksiyon edilme aşamasında da olumsuzluklara neden olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, farklı buruşmazlık apresi uygulanmış dokuma kumaşların dikiş performansları ile birlikte hazır giyimin ana unsuru olan kumaş parametreleri de araştırılmıştır. Bu amaca yönelik üzerinde inceleme-araştırma yapılacak olan dokuma kumaşın fiziksel ve apre öncesi kimyasal yapısının tümüyle aynı olabilmesi için %35 keten-%65 viskon bir top kumaş temin edilmiştir. Tümüyle aynı özellikleri taşıyan bu kumaş, uygulanacak buruşmazlık apre reçetesi sayısınca bölümlere ayrılmıştır. Her bir bölüm belirlenen reçetelere göre işleme tabi tutulduktan sonra uygulanan aplikasyonların kumaş ve dikiş performansları üzerindeki etkilerinin değerlendirilebilmesi için test ve analiz işlemlerine tabi tutulmuştur.

The fast and serious lifestyle of the century has forced the clothing industry to change from the chic and glamourous to the pre-dominantly comfortable and functional styling which requires the very important finishing operations in order to be able to produce the required product. In order to be able to reduce the difficult lifestyle ways of our day, some of the most important factors directed at producing and developing a product which is easier to use and keep which does not require ironing, can be easily washed and dryed and also have wash proof cease/s for which all properties are found in the anti-crease finishing operations. The chemicals used in the finishing operation of anti-creasing while giving the fibres required the effect that is needed, it is at the same time causing a change to the performance of the fibres. This change as well as effecting the fibres has a negative effect on the fabric being produced in the ready-to-wear industry. This report has investigated in the parametres of fabrics used in the ready-towear clothing as well as the sewing performance of different anti-creasing finished woven fabrics. In accordance with this directed target an order to able to inventigate and examine the construction of the fabric one roll of 35% linen / 65% viscose fabric was oblained. This fabric carrying totally the same properties has been cut into the quantity as per the finishing prescription applying to the anti-crease finishing operation each piece that has been processed with the determined prescription was tested in order to be able to evaluate the effects of the applications and stitching performances as per piece.
